All fares are fixed at booking and include every charge — there is no Congestion Charge on the M23 Gatwick route, and ULEZ does not apply outside Greater London. The fare shown at booking is the total paid on the day.

GTT chauffeurs go to whichever terminal your airline uses. The North Terminal serves easyJet, Emirates, Singapore Airlines, Qatar Airways, SWISS and WestJet. The South Terminal serves British Airways, Ryanair (exclusively), Jet2 (moved to South in March 2026), Norwegian, Wizz Air, Vueling, Air France and Turkish Airlines. TUI uses both — TOM flights from North, BY flights from South. Always confirm your terminal from your boarding pass. GTT directs the driver to the correct terminal automatically from your flight number.

A chauffeur service uses an executive vehicle such as a Mercedes E-Class with a formally presented driver, proactive communication, and a higher standard of care. A standard taxi uses a saloon such as a Toyota Prius with a TfL-licensed driver and the same fixed-fare reliability. GTT offers both: standard saloon from £55 and executive chauffeur from £75. Both include the fixed-fare guarantee, meet and greet, and flight tracking.

Yes. Meet and greet is included on every Gatwick arrivals booking at no extra charge. The driver enters the terminal — North or South — and waits in the arrivals hall past customs with a name board. Free waiting time is 60 minutes from actual landing, not scheduled landing. GTT tracks the inbound flight in real time and adjusts automatically for delays. Luggage assistance is included and the service operates 24 hours at both terminals.

A chauffeur from central London to Gatwick takes approximately 50 to 70 minutes off-peak via the M23. Early morning (4am to 6am) transfers typically take 45 to 55 minutes. Weekday morning peak (7am to 9am) can extend to 75 to 90 minutes on the M25 J7 to J9 section. GTT builds in buffer time and can route via the A23 from Croydon if the M23 is congested.

For two or more passengers, a GTT chauffeur is cheaper than the Gatwick Express. Four passengers sharing a £55 saloon pay £13.75 each, versus £21.50 each on the Express advance fare (£86 total). The chauffeur also collects from the door, loads luggage, and delivers to the terminal forecourt. For a solo passenger near Victoria with light luggage, the Express advance fare of £21.50 is cheaper than a £55 solo chauffeur.

Yes. Gatwick raised its forecourt drop-off charge to £10 from 6 January 2026. GTT includes this £10 charge in every Gatwick departure fare — the total shown at booking already covers it, with nothing added on the day. GTT handles the barrierless ANPR payment on every booking, so passengers do not need to pay separately or risk a Parking Charge Notice.
